Timed entry ticket · At the basilica, Carrer de Mallorca 401

Entry ticket, audio guide

This is the plain timed entry to the Sagrada Familia and its museum, with the audio guide app on your phone and the option to add a Nativity or Passion tower. With over 121,000 reviews it is the most-reviewed Sagrada Familia ticket on GetYourGuide, and guests have found slots on it after the official site showed their day as sold out.

Entry Ticket with Audio Guide

About this experience

You go straight to the basilica on Carrer de Mallorca at your booked time. There is no guide and no meeting point: your digital ticket gets you through, and you can enter at your time or up to 15 minutes after, never earlier. The audio guide is downloaded from a link on the ticket and can be shared with the rest of your group, so charge your phone and bring headphones. It is for visitors over 11.

Inside you have the basilica and the museum at your own pace. Start with the Nativity facade, then walk into the nave and give the light a few minutes: the columns split into branches high above you, and the windows colour the stone. The basilica's own blog explains the glass: cool blue and green windows on the Nativity side for the morning sun, warm red and orange on the Passion side for the evening. The museum below has Gaudí's plaster models and drawings. If you picked the tower option when booking, you also get one tower, on the Nativity or the Passion facade. The basilica's tower page says you go up by lift and walk down, children under 6 cannot go up, bags and rucksacks go into lockers first, and the towers close in bad weather.

Three rules matter. The last slot of the day gives you only 45 minutes inside. Bookings of more than 9 people count as a group and cannot enter with individual tickets. And this is the one ticket on this site with a longer cancellation window: free up to 2 days before rather than 24 hours. Guests rate it 4.6 from 121,358 reviews, and Giovana's review sums up why it matters here: quick and easy, even though the official website was sold out.

Quick and easy, even though it was already sold out on the official website.

Great experience; only had a day in Spain! I recommend the first session in the morning due to the crowds that accumulate.

Tips before you book

  • Bring headphones and a charged phone. The audio guide runs on your phone, and the basilica asks for earphones during its quiet hour from 9am to 10am.
  • Book the name exactly as on your passport. The basilica's FAQ says tickets are personal and carry the visitor's name, and an original photo ID that matches the ticket must be shown at the entrance.
  • Avoid the last slot of the day if you can. The listing says it gives you only 45 minutes inside.
  • Choose the tower when you book, not later. The option is part of the ticket, and our towers guide explains the Nativity and Passion views.
  • Dress for a church. The basilica's rules ask for trousers and skirts at least to mid-thigh, no see-through clothing, no swimwear and no hats in the nave or the museum. Jeans are fine.

Frequently asked questions

Can you still get Sagrada Familia entry tickets at the last minute?

Often, yes, while slots remain for your day. One guest wrote in October 2026 that it was quick and easy even though the official website was sold out. Check your date on GetYourGuide; if your day is full, a guided visit with entry such as the guided tour may still have room.

Can I enter the Sagrada Familia before my ticket time?

No. The listing says you can only enter at your booked time or up to 15 minutes afterwards. The basilica's FAQ adds that late arrivals cannot enter.

Is a tower included in the Sagrada Familia entry ticket?

Only if you choose the tower option when you book. It gives access to one tower, on the Nativity or the Passion facade. The basilica's tower page says you go up by lift and walk down, children under 6 cannot go up, bags and rucksacks go into lockers first, and the towers close in bad weather.

Can children use the Sagrada Familia audio guide?

The listing says the audio guide is only available for visitors over 11. Under-11s still enter with the family, and the official price list makes them free on the basilica's own tickets.
